- Help lubricate the pipes of concrete pumps
- Reduce the pressure of concrete pumps
- Work well in water with pH between 7 to 8
Preparation:
- Unzip the bag and pour the contents, including a small water soluble bag inside zipper bag, into a five-gallon container of water.
- Mix for 2-3 minutes until the water soluble bag has properly dissolved.
- Let it hydrate for at least 5 minutes before being used. Longer hydration time is recommended.
- Re-mixing of the thickened solution is recommended to ensure the uniformity of the solution.
- Dispose the zipper bag according to the local, State and Federal disposal system.
- Pour the hydrated pumping aid solution into concrete pump hopper and charge the pump system with the pumping aid solution ahead of the concrete.
- Discard pumping aid solution and a small amount of contaminated concrete at the end of the pipe.
